Today's episode was the second show this season following up on The Law of Attraction as discussed in the book The Secret with Louise Hay, Cheryl Richardson and Martha Beck - all authors and life coaches (The Secret Behind The Secret episode). The focus today was more on how people put the concept to use in their own lives and the results they saw because of it.

The more I watch these shows, the more I come to realize that The Law of Attraction isn't really a formula, but a way of looking at life that is universal to nearly all spiritual paths - what you give to the world will come back to you - in a way The Law of Attraction is a take on the ideal of "treat others the way you would want to be treated", a fundamental building block of a spiritual journey. By focusing on the action and not just the wanting or thinking, the positive thoughts turn into positive action and decision making from a place of clarity and peace - which is good for everyone.

One of the ways described on today's show to put The Law of Attraction into place is to create a vision board - Oprah doesn't have one so you could create yours starting today right along with her. Put images on the board that represent the life your soul desires - images showing what you wish for your finances, relationships, career, spirituality, etc. - become clear about what you really want for your life and see what happens!
