Suze Orman returned to The Oprah Winfrey Show today to give families and individuals in all walks of life tips for how to handle money during this economic crisis. Suze's tips are always great and to the point, especially when a family is in crisis. Two couples appeared on the show today: the first is in financial emergency and the other just needed reassurance that they have handled their money properly and are safe. Suze, as always, made each couple feel that they are in control of their own security and can take care of themselves starting today.

The best information Suze provided people today was to not panic during this recession, especially with FDIC insurance protecting most people's savings in bank accounts. The best place to start, according to Suze, is to become financially honest with yourself and to immediately stop living a lie - meaning, beyond your means.

So much of what Suze Orman shares has to do with the essence of life itself, not just money - which turns the episodes she is involved in into a life lesson, not a money lesson.
