Your OWN Show and a Sneak Peak at the OWN Television Line-up - Show Recap

Oprah welcomed Carson Kressley, Nancy O'Dell and others who will appear on the OWN network line-up of shows.

On this episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show, Oprah revealed first looks at a selection of new shows and welcomed hosts of the series Your Own Show, Carson Kressley and Nancy O'Dell, to give an insider's take on making the program. The top 10 candidates were revealed and all expressed their excitement, motivations, and show ideas. 15,000 people auditioned for the series and more than 140 million people voted to narrow down the search for the program that will premier in March of 2011.

In addition to Your Own Show, Oprah also gave viewers a glimpse of Big Bowl of Love with Cristine Ferrare, Miracle Detectives that delves into the debate of miracles versus shams, Kidnapped by the Kids, and Master Class.

This episode featured the following highlights:

• One of the new programs on the OWN Network will be Your OWN Show: Oprah Search for the Next TV Star with hosts Carson Kressley and Nancy O'Dell. The candidates have been narrowed down to 10 and the winner will receive their own show on OWN.
  
  
• The 10 finalists -- Leigh, Ryan, Aunt Flora, Elizabeth, Zach, Eric, Kristina, Tony, Terey, and Alicia all have very different personalities and show ideas and will have to win over the viewers to come out on top and make it to the television line-up
  
  
• Oprah also shows a quick sneak-peek at some of the other OWN Network shows, including Big Bowl of Love with Cristine Ferrare, Miracle Detectives, Kidnapped by the Kids, and Master Class.
