Oprah asked designer Nate Berkus to step up and help out two deserving moms.
Show Summary:
Designer Nate Berkus has created a number of amazing room renovations for the Oprah Show, but this time Oprah needed him to help two deserving moms. Dana, a stay-at-home mom to three, wrote to Oprah asking for help getting a mommy break. Vicky wrote to Oprah about surprising her best friend of more than 40 years, Kathleen, with a date to her high school reunion. Oprah knew a perfect man for the job and asked Nate to step up and be a stay-at-home mom for a day and a handsome date for a special night.

What to Take Away from the Show:
It was great watching this episode to see Nate experience something new that can also be a lesson to so many viewers. While Nate learned a greater respect for mothers, moms watching could see that they too deserve to have a break to re-energize and refresh to be the best mom possible. Viewers without children were also given the chance to see what it's like to be a stay-at-home mother. Kathleen's story of becoming a single mother with triplets and getting the chance to begin a new story is an inspiration to everyone who had gone through a challenge in life to know it is possible to have a fresh start.
