The film made both extremely proud, and Sarah Jessica really felt like the film was done for the fans of the show. Sex and the City - Filming:After all 4 actresses were on stage, they described the process of filming Sex and the City: The Movie. The film took 4 months in New York to create with hundreds of fans lining the street to watch production. The actors had tons of fun in their familiar roles and were amazed at the number of people who came to see them tape. Since the series is now in syndication, it was as if they never went off the air, gaining new fans each year. Even though the fans slowed production down, the cast was happy that people still cared to see and even found ways to disguise the plot and dialogue. Sex and the City - Cynthia Nixon:Cynthia Nixon shared that she had survived breast cancer which she found she had through a routine mammogram. After being sent to a surgeon and receiving radiation but not chemotherapy, Cynthia says she is doing fine. Cynthia shared that all of her Sex cast mates were great with the press, support and just wanting her to be happy. Sex and the City - Kim Catrell:Kim Catrell updated fans of her life after Sex and the City which includes a relationship with a much younger man.
