Show Summary:

Just a few days after the tragic earthquake in Haiti that has taken the lives of thousands, Oprah opened the Friday Live in Chicago episode by speaking with Anderson Cooper of CNN who was reporting on-location. Desperation, fear, aftershocks, limited supplies, rumors and bodies unable to be buried are some of the burdens survivors in Haiti are having to face in the aftermath of the earthquake. Both Oprah and Anderson Cooper urged viewers to do what they could to help the situation by donating to relief efforts like the Red Cross.

After addressing the situation in Haiti, Oprah moved on to speak to James Cameron and Lady Gaga, both inventive artists who have caught the attention of millions recently through Avatar and four #1 hits.
